Violation policy

At Bye Bye Beast, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and respectful dead animal removal services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). To ensure smooth operations, protect our staff, and maintain the highest standards of service, we have established the following Violation Policy. By booking our services, customers agree to comply with the conditions outlined below.

• Customers must accurately disclose the type of animal, location, and condition.
• If we arrive and the service request involves live animals or public property removal (e.g., roads, parks, railways), the service will be refused, and a call-out fee may still apply.
   

• If a property presents unsafe conditions (e.g., aggressive pets, hazardous waste, dangerous access points, biohazards beyond animal remains), our staff reserves the right to refuse service.
• Any threats, abuse, or unsafe environments will result in immediate termination of service and possible reporting to authorities.
   

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Failure to pay for completed services may result in:
  • Late payment fees.
  • Suspension of future service requests.
  • Collection actions or legal recovery of owed amounts.
     

• Verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct toward our staff will not be tolerated.
• Such violations may result in permanent termination of service with Bye Bye Beast.
   

• Customers may not attempt to use Bye Bye Beast for services outside our scope, such as:
  • Removal of live animals.
  • Illegal dumping or transport of remains.
  • Fraudulent claims for insurance or third parties.
     

• If our staff is required to sign documents at a vet clinic, animal shelter, or crematorium, such signatures are solely for the purpose of drop-off.
• Bye Bye Beast assumes no responsibility or liability for prior health conditions, cause of death, or handling after transfer to the facility.
   

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee to cover travel and operational costs.
   

• Bye Bye Beast operates strictly as a removal and transport service for deceased animals.
• We are not responsible for the cause of death, prior injuries, or health conditions of the deceased animal.
• Liability is limited to the safe removal and transport of the remains as per the agreed service.
