At Bye Bye Beast, we take every service request seriously and dispatch our team as soon as a booking is made. Please note that if our specialists arrive at your property but are unable to locate the dead animal, the full service fee will still be charged. This is because time, travel, and resources are committed once a call is placed. To avoid this, we encourage customers to be as specific as possible about the animal’s location when booking.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies can change quickly. Customers may cancel a scheduled service up to 2 hours before the appointment for a full refund. If cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a service call fee may apply to cover technician dispatch costs. If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Customers are encouraged to contact their city’s official animal services for government-operated programs. Pricing, cancellation, and refund policies are fully disclosed prior to service.
Please note that our services are limited to private properties only. We do not pick up animals from public property such as roads, rail yards, or city-owned spaces.
In addition, we do not handle live animals. For those situations, please contact your local animal services or wildlife control department.

The only information we require is your name, address, and phone number so we can confirm your request and arrive at the correct location.
