These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any interactions with Bye Bye Beast (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling a service, contacting us, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

We provide the removal and proper disposal of dead animals from private and commercial properties in Toronto and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Animal identification and safe removal
• Transportation and disposal in accordance with local regulations
• Optional site disinfection (where applicable, extra charges may apply)

We do not provide pest control, wildlife rescue, or pet euthanasia services.

• All service appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.
• The property owner or authorized representative must ensure clear and safe access to the affected area at the scheduled time.
• Missed appointments or inaccessible areas may result in additional fees or cancellation.
   

• Pricing is quoted based on the type, size, and location of the dead animal, along with travel time and site conditions.
• Additional charges may apply for hard-to-reach areas, hazardous materials, or after-hours service.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include: [e.g., cash, credit card, e-transfer]
   

• Our team follows proper biohazard and PPE protocols to ensure safety and prevent contamination.
• You agree to notify us in advance if the animal is located in a confined, dangerous, or potentially contaminated environment (e.g., mold, blood, waste).
   

• We are not liable for any damage to landscaping, flooring, or structures that may occur during the retrieval of an animal from difficult or hidden areas.
• We are not responsible for health risks caused by delays in reporting the dead animal to us.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
   

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a service fee.
• No refunds are provided once the service is completed.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• There is a threat to the safety of our personnel
• The property is in violation of municipal health or safety regulations
• The customer behaves abusively, harasses staff, or provides false information
   

All personal and property information shared with us is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share client data without consent except where required by law.

If you use our website to submit inquiries or book services:

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful information
• You must not misuse our website by spreading viruses, spam, or unauthorized commercial messages
• We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate your use of the website at our discretion
   

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
